Eduard Nedelcu is the Managing Partner of the firm and leads its Arbitration and Commercial practices. He is a senior international attorney with over fifteen years of experience advising on complex disputes, cross-border commercial matters, corporate structuring, and regulatory risk.
He has acted in arbitration proceedings before leading regional and international institutions and regularly advises on enforcement, jurisdictional challenges, and shareholder disputes.
His professional experience spans the UAE, Europe, North and Central America, and Asia. He has advised clients across construction, real estate, distribution, corporate governance, joint ventures, intellectual property, banking and finance, and regulated sectors.
Eduard holds a Master's Degree in Commercial Law (Summa Cum Laude) from ULACIT in Costa Rica and has pursued advanced legal studies at Yale Law School and the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Romanian.
