Christian has an LLM in Commercial Law in the “Universidad para la Cooperación Internacional (UCI)”, has a post graduate diploma in International CommercialArbitration at Queen Mary London University, and is an alumnus of the ICC ArbitrationAcademy for Latin America.
He is a renowned mediator, dispute board member and arbitrator.
Christian is the country representative for Costa Rica of the “Dispute Resolution Board Foundation” and the president of the board of directors of the Latin America Association of Construction Law ALDEC.
